Should Greg Chappel Be removed?

The statistics of india`s performance in test cricket after greg chappel became our coach were shown on espn today.indias played 16 tests won 6 lost 2 drawn 9.he is 4th successful coach among the present coaches.with indias win in south africa the percentage still goes up.do you think still greg chappel should be removed?

I dont think so that Chappel should be removed as there for some looses in past are not important than many victories in future as it has already started with this victory against SA.Also there is no much fault of Chappel, as the forms of players is not good and there is lots of politics played in selecting correct players.
