IS IT FATE OR ESP?

Sometimes i do feel things(incident) that go around me has already happened. Rarely,i could guess the next moment that is going to happen. When i share this with my friends, they admit the same and put to me that it is because of fate,while other says it is because of ESP.Do all people have this feel?
