i really think the west indies should be the favourites for the world cup, they played exceptionally in the champions trphy , plus they will be having the support of their home crowd

World Cup - Viennese Cricket World Cup
I think and feel from my bottom of my heat that the team India should bring the World Cup 2007 but in practical Australia, South Africa and Windies will be in tough competition.
