re-gifting, do you do it?

there was a huge discussion on the radio the other day about re-gifting at Christmas time. re-gifting is when you receive a gift from someone and you have no need for it or don't like the gift. you give the gift to someone else and say it was from you. i have never re-gifted, but do believe i have receive a few things from others that were re-gifted.
