do you have stomach cramps when you have your period?

what do you do to lessen the pain? what pill is the best for dysmenorrhea? i'v been suffering from it for the longest time, it seems. nothing helps.

most women get cramps, if they're extreme you should go to your gyno and see if you have an underlying problem, you might have cysts or endometriosis. i'd reccomend heating pads and a lot of water, pennyroyal essential oil helps, too. go to your health food store for that.

i do reallllly bad ones too. i dont like medicine so i wont take any. i put heating pads on my stoamche. and that helps sometimes

Yes, im experiencing that as well. I dont like taking pain killers for that cos i tried it once and my period stopped. Now im also using the wheat bag(aka:heat bag), its really healping me a lot and im taking as well evening primrose oil which is helping women who is premenstrually having monthly discomfort.
