Antistress/ relaxing Massage

Hy, I'm a master pratictioner in antistress massage.
today, anyone of us is stressed ... me? sure!
I've start to think to take massage lessons in 2004.. this year i decide to get my massage way.
I don't think only to the spirit of massage (chackra etc..) but to the good things u can have with it.
A session of my one it's about 1 our and it goes from foot to head, front & rear your body with parfumed (or not) oil .. a nice hugh to relax your body, mind and soul.
Who wants one?

We in India, do not go for body massages for antistress. Instead people think of yoga and meditation. Meditation is a great treat for removing stress. Yoga exercises help relieve the body pains caused due to stress. One of the best method of reducing stress is every one hour, take off for 10 minutes to relax and do something else, be it in office or at home.
