Does going to another country really change people?

i know friends that were good friends before they travel. since then they just chance to a different peerson. some even act like they are better than you. whats your experience?

I think so yes. But also i have met people who have changed good. Take my brother. He was this non-caring, playful thing. But he went to another country to work, now he is very caring and careful of other's feelings. Also he thinks twice before spending now. So its good change.

I don't really think you change as a whole but some experiences you make can change your outlook on different situations in life ...
