I prefer cherries, but if fresh, any kind of berry will do. I also have red and black raspberry bushes, I think they would be great on top of cheesecake also.

You can if you want :)... it's just a matter of whether you like it or not. If you really like cooking, you'll find time for it. Believe me. :) Blessings for you...

Yumm, cheesecake. I love cheesecake with cherries, strawberries or blueberries. Also, it is very good with hot fudge drizzled on top. Then a little dollop of cool whip will send you over the top. Try it, you will like it.

The bakery that I work at usually have cheesecake with either blueberry or raspberry topping. It's very popular, and looks fabulous! I think cherries would be a great topping as well.

If you like cherries that would be good. I like blueberries best. There is a olace here that is famous for their cheesecakes and they make them with every kind of topping you can think of. Our office has purchased them with cherry, blueberry, and strawberry toppings. They are all good!

Hmmm... they must be very delicious. Today I've just bought half a kilogram of cheese cake without any toppings. I bought some blueberry jam and spread them on the cheesecake. The taste, when mixed together is undeliably so delicious.

Well ,I think I would like Strawberry Sauce on my cheesecake:
You will need
2 pints fresh strawberries ,1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water,1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons kirsch or brandy
Combine berries, sugar, water and zest and cook until berries are soft and the liquid is thick, about 10 minutes. Stir in the kirsch or brandy and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and let cool. Spoon on top of the cheesecake and serve. Yummy!

My favorite is topped with strawberries then drizzle the strawberries with a bit of melted chocolate or hot fudge! Amazingly yummy!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE cheesecake!
How about cherries, strawberries, caramel, chocolate chips, kiwi, raspberries, whipped cream? Even combinations of the above would be good. Yum!! Can I have some?

Cheesecake is really good with just about any kind of fruit ladysurvivor. My favorites are strawberries, cherries, or blueberries! Plus a little chocolate drizzle on top is always a nice treat too! That is something different yet simple!

Cherries are the best thing to put on top of cheesecake, if you ask me! Other people may prefer chocolate chips or a different fruit, but I LOVE having cherries on my cheesecake!
