I think Saddam should be judged by his own people, he should not become a matyr for his actions. He has done the Iraqi's the harm why should the US get the right to decide who punishes him or not. I agree also with the fact that any court he goes to will be biased and even an unbiased court will convict him. But it'll be bad if he gets tried here it'll cause conflicts with Iraqi's if it is not to their liking. The US will also ceratinly be horrible because of the fact that the media has completely dwelled on the capture of him for awhile. I think the US only looks out for itself, I mean yeah Iraqi is in a state of havoc right now but who has he really caused the most harm, where do we have the right to come in and become parent and say what should be done, where did we even have the right to even go into Iraq in the first place. The US knows they can't bring it to the International courts because they haven't signed. The US has also done alot that is against what it stands for so we may be accountable for other actions. We sat back and watched other just as cruel acts being conducted but now we do something about it and tell them what they should. If we kill him, what has been learned at all, the Iraqi's need to confront him. They need to look him in the eye and he needs to feel their pain and hold it on his shoulders, by killing him, doesn't he just get an easy way out? I mean shouldn't he suffer in confinement or judged by the hand that he has done the most wrong? I think that will certainly drive him crazy, and he will not be looked at with envy for he will be judged, by the hands of those he has wronged
