just doing yoga and pranayam is the best way to keep one healthy.

well i started going to the gym like 2 months ago and i was realy skiny but now basic musels are starting to appear just become a friend of mine helps me (he's going to the gym from 16years old and now he's 19 and he looks preaty good now) so if you learn the basic stuff and you not cheat you can do greate things
P.S: Go to the gym every day if you want do build muscels and if you wanna lose weight 3 times a week but do easy exercises

I always try to get exercise, but mostly I'm just too lazy :-(
