Is Aids Communicable

A hot news is spreading that in public places like cinema theatres, some injections with the blood of the HIV positive patients are placed on the seat and when people sit on it, they get injected and Aids is spread. Is this true or not. Because i believe that the virus in the blood becomes inactive after 10seconds it is taken out of the body.

I'm sorry, but this sounds like a hoax to me. There is already too much misinformation spread about this disease. I mean think about it, who would run around to theatres with blood filled syringes, and why? Sounds silly to me.

See, this is not my comment. this is what people say. So i asked for justification. But there are crazy people who tries to inject HIV positive blood into other's body. It need not be theatre but also any public place.
