What new years resolution did you keep and why?

Did you manage to keep any of your new years resolutions and if so what did you keep and Why? I never made any last year so never broke any either, but am thinking of making a few this year. Do they work?

I haven't made any resolutions over the past few years but I think I will be making a few this year and try to turn my life around for the better.
