i think the best way to find a person is to give his papaer in name and promise to give a reward on giving information about that person beacuse in India no other way can be possible to find a person in such a great mob

I hope I never ever need to know this information to find a loved one. I would file a missing person's report with the police and start talking to everyone who would listen. I would e-mail everyone I knew and ask for their help. I hope you are just looking for a friend you lost touch with and not a missing child. God bless!

In what way are they missing? Do you mean they have not shown up for work or at home? Or do you mean someone you lost touch with? I'm not sure I understand your question. If it is the first, then contact police.
