I also have the same problem before, I gain too much weight because I cannot stop my self from eating and eating but when I feel so depress because of my weight and looks I try my best to lost weight. All you need to have is self control when it comes to eating habit and try some healthy diets like fruits and vegetable. Eat less fatty foods and rich in cholesterol. Drink more water before you eat so you will feel full and you will eat fewer. Also get some exercise every morning and don't eat too much before you sleep.
