I ate 1/2 cup of tuna and a slice of toast with a big glass of water. I am on a diet so this is all I had.

That is all you ate? That's not very healthy!! hehe I can't talk...I haven't eatten anything yet and I have been up since 6am...it's now 1pm. I know, I know, maybe I should find something to eat now.
