Turning 40 years old!

Age is just a number. You are only as old as you feel. I know these sound like cliches but they are true. I am 44 years old. I have fibromyalgia and am in chronic pain all the time. However, I don't feel 80 like most people with fibromyalgia. I still feel like I'm 25-30 years old. I am stunned that I am the mother of a 13 year old, beautiful young lady. I don't feel old enough to be the mother of a teenager. Don't worry about age. Learn as you grow, but no need to grow old. Take care of yourself.
