you're not going to heat the baby are you? if your baby does not like cold apple juice, the juice should be heated. if you do that you will kill most of the nutrients, vitamin C does not respond well to high temperatures.

What is your question? That is grammatically correct, though perhaps it's a little funny because some may think you should heat the baby. Perhaps a clearer version would be "If your baby does not like cold apple juice, you should heat the juice before serving it."
