What's your initial word of expression most of the time?

for me i would most likely to say these words: "O MY GOSH/ REALLY, ARE YOU SERIOUS?"

I tend to say "rock on" alot. Evidently I would say it a lot at work because I caught a co-worker using it. So now I try to watch myself and at least not say it at work :)

I always start will "well" if i m asked to answer anything. otherwise i usually say "so what "
