What do you do on your lunch break at work?

It seems that there are tons of things you can do on your lunch break! I am a stay at home mom now, so my lunch break is spent with my children. But, when I did work outside of the home, I usually went to the gym for a bit. On the days that I did not go to the gym, I would defeat the gym the day before with an ice cream cone from Cold Stone Creamery!

It was great. I always felt wonderful when I got back to work. It reenergized me for the second half of the day! It also gave me something to do besides eat!

well I work on a night shift so I sleep during my lunch break...
