How many hours do you sleep in a day..??

Sleep is a very important part of our lives maybe primarily because it is themost time consuming activity in our day. How much a person sleeps gives an indication of how active he is in real life with exceptions of course. Lets share how many hours each one of us sleeps everyday and some one please tell me how to limit ones sleep. I mean some people say they can 'instill' in themselves the ability to sleep less like if they used to sleep 10 hours a day theyve changed their routine and gotten used to one that requires just say, 4 hours. How do you do it?

7-9 hours in a night is optimal, because I feel tired if I sleep longer than 9 hours. I have heard that sleeping more than 12 hours in a night could be dangerours for your health, so really watch out how much you sleep.

I sleep approximately 9-10 hours every night if I can. I usually got to bed around mindnight and wake up around 9 or 10 in the morning. I am in college and in between semesters right now. My job is a night job so I can sleep in all I want. I like this, and especially like sleeping in. If I need to get up earlier I can do it with no hassle. that's just the way i work I guess.

dear phrost, i gues syours is an exceptional lifestyle. But see most of the people, they work in the morning hours and sleep at night. If only one would sleep less, there could be so many activities one could be part of...i mean theres so much one can do, so y sleep through it..:D
