If you were to mix H2O (water) with H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide) would the free O molecules combine to create O2 to create oxygen? What if you were to do this in a cold air humidifier. Would it release oxygen into the air?

If you have ever used 3% peroxide from the market to rinse or gargle, you know that it foams up in your mouth. That is the freed up O1 blowing up the germs in your mouth. The H2O2 splits into water (H2O) and O1 and you can see the effect. You can put it on a cut and watch it foam. The healthy cells are not affected because they have defenses. The germs do not. O1 is very unstable. O1 is used for Ozone Therapy. I guess you can have similar effect with humidifier.
