I'm really not very keen at all on the 'turkey and all the trimmings' blow out ... my preferred festive lunch is a nice selection of extra special cheeses .. some really good quality crackers and a bottle of wine ... with a good single malt whisky for 'afters' ... yummy

I love my roast, especially Mumsy's its what Christmas Day were meant for and I look forward to her grand meal and yes it has all the trimmings. Golden roasted turkey, stuffing, chipolatas, sprouts, carrots and roast parsnips and potatoes oh not forgetting the cranberry and apple sauce!
Boxing Day we have Roast pork plus all the above! Now you know why I spoil Mumsy!
Now I'm hungry thinking about all that food! Shame on you!

Its got to be a full roast dinner on christmas day.
This year we had a big joint of pork.
We always have cheese and biscuits christmas night when we dont want to cook and we can just nibble.
