New sizes of United States Money...Happy or Sad?

A lot of countries have their bills made into different sizes. If anyone has ever been to, or lives in, a country where they use the euro, you know what I mean. The U.S. doesn't have this, and appearently it is a big problem for those who are blind because they can't tell the bills apart. I can see that there is a good reason to change our money so we are not making it hard for some people to get through life. Although I am sure some people would argue that they have done fine so far and it would cost money to change the bills and we should preserve our history. Are you for or against bills coming in different sizes? Would we need different sized wallets? What will come of this?
