Discussions, do you get earnings for making them

I reply or comment on discussions and then get points, but I dont get any points for starting a discussion. Is it to your favor, does it help your rating or what do you get for starting discussions. The same with replying to a comment that was made to your discussion.

no i dont think you get points for starting discussions , but replying back to the people that comment to you yeah.

Well I am also not sure why i do not get points in starting a discussion, may be if they start paying for starting a discussion then number of useless discussions might increase.

starting of discussion wouldn't help you in rating.only replying and commenting will help you to earn.but if somebody respond to your discussion i think you will earn some cents without any change in rating.

you get points in responding to a discussion rather than commenting to discussions. you get points when you post a post that is long and with sense.
