What should i do if i am addicted to the internet? Should i try to quit that habbit or its no harm in it??

Lots of us are addicted to the internet. It's fun and pleasant, especially if you are talking to people online.
Try to limit yourself to a set amount of hours online a day and don't exceed, so that you have some time to spend in the real world.

there is no harm in it i dont think ... im addicted too ! lol
