Are you working in shifts??

If I am not mistaken, graveyard shift is basically the overnight shift...so what you do is make sure you get enough rest during the day..when you get in from work in the morning, try to go to sleep within the next hour and get enough sleep so you are not sluggish or groggy at work..don't drink coffee or have any caffeine while you are at work...stick to water..and you should be fine

yes dude i'm working in shifts and you know that very well. well i'm new to the job. Ater i'm done with the shift i go home and sleep for about 8 hours and i have no problems at all.

i do not work because i am a student maybe buy a torch so the graveyeard is not so dark
