which is the safe driving in car?give some tips?

that is either in day time r night,
and wear the seat belt r not ...
and go in a normal speed r high speed
like these what r the think we wnat to take care for the safe driving ... friends...

if u r a expert in driving then drive in morning other wise drive at night time,it is compulsary to wear seat belts while driving,it is better to go in a normal speed of 60.

the first thing before going is to check all the prescribeb liquid levels..then you have to weare seat belts if want to go on a highway...the most importent thing is to follow the signals provoided by the vehicles ..watever speed you want to drive you can drive but without closing your eyese even for a second because there is no second chance...
