ooo, this is a tough one. They all are the top of the game. But I am going to have to go with Spawn, mostly because they look cooler. Not sure on who would win in battle.

Spider- Man 3 is a 2007 superhero film that is the third film in the Spider-Man film franchise based on the fictional Marvel Comics character Spider-Man. Sam Raimi, who directed the previous two Spider-Man films, takes up the helm again with a returning cast that includes Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, James Franco, and J. K. Simmons. The film also stars franchise newcomers Topher Grace, Bryce Dallas Howard and Thomas Haden Church.
Spider-Man 3 is scheduled to be released in both conventional and IMAX theaters on May 4, 2007.

They all have different powers and weakness, but I would have to go with Spawn. At least Spawn has the ability to heal himself of most wounds. He also has the ability to create, and use different types of armor and weapons when needed.

Well out of those choices I'd go with Spiderman. To me he is the better icon. I also like him better as a Superhero. I don't really know Spawn so can't say but between Spiderman and Superman to me Spiderman is the better hero. He puts things on the line, he risks his life and can be killed every time he goes out. Superman unless they have kryptonite isn't vulnerable so Spiderman to me is better.

I perfer superman over spiderman because I find his character a lot more fasinating and better then spiderman all spiderman is is a nerdy kid that got bit by a spider and now has some superpowers which is not that many but superman was born on an other plannet and got sent down to earth and is the only one left of his species and has better superpowers then spiderman and that is why I perfer superman over spiderman any day of the week.
