How would you handle your situation in life if you discover you had an aids virus.

Being diagnosed with HIV or AIDS is a devastating thing for most people, and varying emotions are common. People generally cry, feel depressed and doomed, and express fear and anger. All of these feelings and emotions are normal.
If I were diagnosed HIV+, I would get linked up with a specialist who treats a lot of HIV patients and find out what stage of the disease I was at and what treatment options were available. I would get involved with peer education groups and support groups, and would build up a support system of family and friends. I would also read and learn everything that I could about the disease so that I would be able to live a long, healthy life with the disease.

I would research my options. It really depneds on what stage I was. I have a few friends who are HIV positive and lead pretty normal lives. I would be upset of course and would make provisions fo my children first.
