For so many years we have been told that consuming fat will make us fat. However, this is so far from the truth that it is not funny. As a qualified weight loss consultant, and being only 4 months from becoming a qualified naturopath, I have studied all the benefits of fats and the disadvantages to not getting enough in your diet.
