Owner of KC Chiefs, Lamar Hunt, passed away.

Has anyone else heard of this? I live in Kansas and it's all over the news right now. He passed away from cancer, it's really pretty sad.

Awe that is sad. I heard he was in pretty bad shape, but I didn't know he had passed. I wonder how this will effect the Chiefs. :( I hope they use this to their advantage.

I haven't really kept up on it to see how they are being effected with it. However, I haven't even heard anything else about his passing since the day I posted this. Thanks for responding.

Yeah, that was pretty sad... I've always heard good things about him, and he did create the Super Bowl merging the AFL and NFL! Football would not be the same if he hadn't been around!
