WHat Food You Prefer during Christmas?

Christmas is all about the food in my family. My dad is the chef, and he makes a prime rib, a honey baked ham and a deep fried turkey. We just tried the deep fried turkey this past year and it was excellent -- so much juicer and moist than the oven baked one. That's just the meat -- mashed potatoes, rolls, tamales, chili beans, salad. We do it all up.

i like to have some spice food like the non-veg ... and i like more chicken and i like to have on christmas.....

I am not a christian, I belong to Hindu religion. I have lots of christian friends and I visit them during christmas period. Due to christmas holidays given for school and colleges and also 1 day general holiday throughout India on 25th, we do prepare some special dishes. We are vegetarians and hence we prepare some vegetarian delights.
