letter of transfer

can you send it now pls, i need it badly, the manager informed me to pass a letter of intent since i decided not to extend my contract instead of leaving the company they offered me to transfer to another account as customer service associate.

letter of intent is nothing but a commitment you have to submit enlisting your intenstion to leave the company. if they have offered to transfer your account to another firm or company you may as well ask them to issue their notification in your letter of intent
