myLot live chat should be added

I think that myLot should start up a live chat where people can get help with their accounts. My wife cant get a new activation mail so she cant use her account. If there were some kind of Live Chat she could have gotten a new acivation mail. The administrators wont send her one by email. Well they dont even reply or anything. So come on myLot people open up a live chat soon please!

That's a great idea...something like ebay..where we can have live chat with the team...maybe you should send this suggestion to myLot and hopefully they can consider this in their next update!

I would not use it, but if many other members want to have it I don't see anything negative in including a chat. But this would mean the presence of a help team.

Exactly. And mabye they cant spare a man for that position. To chat all day :)
