Crying is not encouraged in our society and very often it is taken as a sign of weakness.but do you know that crying can help you remain healthy by releasing the tension, anxiety and frustrations of life that have built up inside of you? actually tears can tell you more than you know about yourself.
what is your opinion?

I agree with you! In my last years,i fought my tears down.I am afraid of laughing at me,i pretended to be calm. But i feels i can't cry now,it is bad to my health! So i begin to learn to express myself truly.

I agree with you! I believe that crying in not encouraged in every society.but the crying is good for our health.it can release the tension, anxiety and frustrations of life. and i think that is one of reasons why women's life span is longer than men, alomost all of men suppress their emotion and preten to be strong when they suffer hard time.

Nothing is worth crying. Men should learn to bear everything. People look down upon the man who cries.
