Your Strenght & Weakness......????? Why is this difficult to answer

In almost all interviews we are asked this question.But if you are not prepared with the answers its sometimes the most difficult question to answer.Why do you think its so difficult to answer something which you should be expected to know and which is about yourself only…….?????
