MBA- professionalism or artificialness

hi all..i am a student of MBA from a reputed business school in india..few days ago one of my friend said that she did not want to go for MBA because she feels MBA people are taught to be artificial..since then i have been made to think whether they are made thorough professionals or thorough artificials?
