I have been told that some of the programs that I have downloaded may have some soft of "spyware" in it somewhere. How can I tell what programs have it. And what it is watching?

I recommend using a spywaqre detection program. The one that I use is Spybot Search and Destroy. It will get rid of your spyware and it also has options tht can help keep you from getting new spyware. Go to this link to download Spybot: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ I also use AVG for my anti-virus program. It is also free for personal use and works really well. Go to this link to download AVG: http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 Hope this helps!
