how many of you guys spend around 4-5 hours a day talkin to the phone?

im a phone freak and spend atleast 4-5 hours a day with phone. i was wondering how many of you guys might fall in the same category? i have got a friend of my who calls me up around 5-6 times a day and we always have big conversations going on. she luvs to talk to me so do i. is it bad for health? however just to let u guys know, i feel bad if oneday i havent talked to any one. do u have similar situation?

I don't like talking to the phone, I prefer looking somebody in face when I speak with him/her. And yet I sometimes happen to be forced talking to the phone for hours. This happens only when some very dear friends of mine call me. My dearest friends live far from my town, I can visit them very seldom, and so, if I wanna have a talk with them, I have to call them.
I don't think that long conversations are bad for health, there are things much more dangerous than phone conversations.
