is there any food you couldnt live without?

is there any food you have everyday and dont think you could go a day comfortably without? no matter how hard i try i manage to have chocolate everyday..addiction maybe? haha what about everyone else?

i eat a great deal of cheese and chocolate, i could probably live without the chocolate but i certainly couldnt live without the cheese so if i was stuck on a desert island somewhere i would have to find a way of making my own cheese with whatever i could find
