please help, its urgent!

my boyfriend has a problem... every time we make love he experiences a pain in his abdomen connected to his testis... he is somtimes unable to walk if it gets severe, what could the problem be? he cannot even consult any physician as he is shy as well as scared.... so please help us out.

He most likely needs a urologist. There are 'strings' which hold the testes in place, these 'strings' do contract at times, which is what they are meant to do, but if they are not releasing and causing pain a urologist is the best one to discover why and plan a treatment for it.
It could also be a sign of something much more serious. He really needs to see a doctor. Shy and scared won't mean anything if it could be his life on the line.
