I think it too. I have an iPod and I love it. IT is fantastic for its tecnology but I cannot thing that it is th only one. GOOD JOB Apple Marketing Division!

They have advanced tehnology...they're cool and compact....huge memory...and looking preety good

I think that the reason of the great success is for the design, small dimension, and marketing.
As Walkman, or Playstation, the people love the tendency Logo, a Status Symbol.

It got the first movers advantage and it did a great marketing. It made an ipod a fashion statement
