I lost nearly 22 kg when I started doing Yoga.

Everyone is trying to reduce their belly in many ways. Some people may join in weight reduction programme and others will do their own regular exercise, but yoga has the power to maintain all the organs effectively by doing some simple asanas, meditation and diet schedule............try once to know its benefits.

That sounds great.. I wish to learn Yoga.. I have to find some best yoga teaching centres.. Thanks for the information.. Will definitely give a try..

I want to became slim,I am always watching my fit,but get the slowly result,I want to take more programme,but in the place I live,there is a little,what I do is just find a good sport and doing at home. I think if there a someone accompany with me,I will get much power to continue with hard work. It is really difficult for me to reduce the weight,I want to cry...
