The first few rules to bodybuilding will include length of workout, areas hit, and consumption. You will gain the most during the first 45 minutes to 1 hour of a workout. Anything after this amount of time will not gain as fast. Hitting specific areas different days will benefit that muscle the most. Creating a routine split of 3 to 4 days a week will fix this. Your intake is half of bodybuilding. Take your creatine or energy supplement before your workout and your protein after or during. Good nutrition is key to building muscle. Don't forget to work your legs because you can't have a great upper body without a great lower body.

yup :)....
first get disciplined ... meaning learn to workout a part f ur body without those mithical exercises ....learn how to do a given exercise with proper form
e.g lats (wings :)] i've seen people literely in the mood to rip them of their wings from tendosn!!.got the point ;) ?? .the jerks given during exercise .... not at all . required and plus they hurt later and deform the body too ...and no productive effect except the pain and strain marks ..if they'll help ya bunk scool maybe :P
slow and steady that is the moto for bodymaking .:) .. ur muscle aint an electric motor u know .. fast and furious u go .pructive affect u have!! ..nop ... both the -ive and positive part of the exercise ...meaning .. lifting the dumbel (bis) is +ive and going down negative
and yeah don't exert force while bringing down during bis, tris, chest adn legs!!!
bringing down is when ur muscle get their stretch ok?? and that is necessary for them ...... u need to stretch before exercising too .... adn a bit of warm up so that blodd flows throught the part ur about to work out well!! :)
keeps u cramps and injury free!! :)
and talking abt cramp don't do too many sets ...3s enough for ya :)
drink lots of water ...eat bananas they're natural mass gainers :)
build quality muscle. the slow game :)
be patient and don't look inn the mirror daily .after a weak or a month so that u ge encouraged to see the difference in you!! :)
take photos too! :)
tc
bye
cheers :D!
best of luck!

tips on what?
theres alot of aspects to bodybuilding
do you want to put on size (know as bulking)
or loose weight while keeping muscle (know as cutting)
whichever you are looking to do it will need a good diet
high in protein for helping the muscles rebuild
controlled carbs and fats
with a good mix of omega3 6 and 9
if you are looking to loose fat while keeping muscle you want to add some cardio work ie jogging/swiming/bike rideing/rowing machine first thing in a morning before food 45 minutes is the best amount of time then eat a good brekfast 5 or 6 egg whites and 1 yoke scrambled
drink lots of water throughout the day and more around workout times
as for training pick a solid routine something alog the lines of a 3 day split
the 1 i use is as follows
monday back & biceps
deadlift
lat pull down
rows dumbell or barbell
barbell curls
wendsday chest/sholders/triceps
bench press
military press
dips
scullcrush
friday legs& abs
squats
stiff leg deadlift
calf raise
for the abwork
barbell sidebend
dumbell side bent
sit ups
crunch
tuesday thursday and saterday is a rest day to allow your muscels to rebuild
these days are good to add some extra cardio in the afternoon (i go for a 2 hour bike ride if your trying to loose weight or just get fitter
sunday is a total rest day
sleep is 1 of the most important things about bodybuilding (ive heard it said that its more important than the weight you lift)
as this is when your muscles get the best chance to repair themself
minimum 8 hours a night
there is so much to say about diet and training that i would be here all night
if your realey into takeing the time to find out about it the best advice i can give you is to check out some bodybuilding websites
i spend alot of time here www.muscletalk.co.uk
they know what there talking about there
and will be able to give you all the help you need for diet and training
hope this has helped a bit
