Do you think it's possible to loose 5 or 6 lbs in a week?

I don't really care if it's healthy or not, as I just want to do it for the short term (this week.) I need to fit into some regular clothes for Christmas! Right now all I fit into is my pajamas and stuff. I have a 10 month old and I gained nearly 90 lbs while pregnant (due to complications) and I've had a really hard time loosing it so most of my clothes are too small.

yes it is possible. you make some soup with onions in it and carrots and drink that the whole day when you are hungry and the first day can can eat also apples but not bananas. second day you eat soup and vegetables. third day soup and a piece of meat and vegetables. and so on.

Yes, it is possible but most of the time, the weight you lose is just "water" weight. But that doesn't mean that since it's just "water" weight that your clothes won't fit better though.

Yes, I have lost 10 lbs. in one week. It isn't healthy but it can be done. There are several diest out there you can do to accomplish this. Drink lots of water and you will also lose about 5 in a week. Cut out sweets and anything white or made with flour with lots of water that will do it! Eat meat, eggs, cheese, and green veggies with 80 oz. water for one week and you should lose at least 5 lbs.
