after six years of the murder of the delhi based model jessica lal, finally the murderer manu has confessed in the court and the defending advocate walked out with a sorry face.
thought the case is not yet over cos the court has not passed a judgement yet, do you think the indian judicial sytem is fit enough to cope up with the current crime rate? six yeras is along time for such a clear cut case to reach somewhere, isnt it. and still you neber know when the final decision may take place.
what do you say on that? what is actually required to have a good and efficient judicial system?

We should have celebrated that day as a V day for indian justice. Actually is the fault of the lower courts and corruption that help the criminals like manu sharma sneak away. Now If it was a case of a financially wrecked family, hey could not have reached the high court. So I believe todays youth and system shoud be more efficient then before. Once again cheers for India and thanks to you to bring such a wonderful topic to discuss. Hope to get more post on this subject.
