My father has given 3 rooms upstairs of my house to four college guys, they are always noisy throughout the day..playing music, howling and all typical activities of a college going guy..my father said he is going to vacate them..is it necessary to take such an action

I have rented out a room twice in my house but i always made the rules up before. if they choose not to follow them they are out on the streets again, and they have noone to blame but themselves.
I do belive that u can find good respectful tenants who will provide more than just rentmoney. I now have 2 new close friends =)

My last house was too big for us, so I thought about renting some rooms out. After giving it a lot of thought, I decided against it and decided to buy a smaller house. Now I find that, as my children have all moved out, this one is still a little too big. Maybe next year I will rent out a couple of rooms, but if I heard a pin drop from the occupants, they would be out on their ear before you could say'JackFlash'. I do not like noise or loud music.
