time is relative. like einstein(?) said place your hand on a hot stove & see how long one minute really is or vice versa snug & cozy in your bed at 5 in the morning, how short the same minute is. however it is an asset that needs to be managed like any other to derive max value.
Is time a limitation? or is it an asset?
