Credit Cards ruined me! what to do?

six years ago i applied for about 7 or 8 credit cards, i always used them even if i had cash or not. Gradually credit cards became such a nuisance for me to such an extent that I had to sell my car, my appartment, and many other assets. now at this point all that i am earning through my job is going for credit card payments. I am very tensed, if i go like this then after couple of months i won't have any money left to eat or even rent a house, what should i do? can any1 help me by giving me some good suggestions?
