I prefer tea than cofee... Im not a coffee drinker.. I always drink tea, hot ot cold.. its more healthy!

I took both. But not frequent. Both are equally bad I think. Tea somewhat better. It is better to take only some quantity daily.

If asked which is better, i would say it's the tea. It has a healthy benefit. But i don't drink tea. Only if it's the artificially flavored nestea lemon iced tea. Whereas coffee has more taste , i only like frappunccino.

i will take coffee usually but sometimes tea.I too heard that tea is good for health .coffee tastes me good and i will go with it
